Im in acute care right now…..my CI is incredibly tough on me unfortunately. She expects me to know everything so when i ask her a question about something basic like abbreviations or what an equipment is for she will make me feel stupid for asking
Totally agree about the leads and lines they can be intimidating. I would also add demonstrating safety with your patient is very important in this setting. Dealing with the death of your patients can also be challenging. Thank you for sharing 😊

I'm interested in the ICU setting, and when I shadowed an OT, I saw that there really wasn't much paragragh writing for documentation. Just checking boxes.
