At 6:51 it says a benefit is "To increase moral...". While I'm sure having employees with good values and beliefs would be positive, that is probably outside the scope of 6s. I think it was supposed to say "To increase morale..."

I like the idea of safety in 6s but do you really need the extra s?, if you must implement the safety in 6 s, it means you cannot properly implement 5s, because safety is the result of complete implementation of 5s.
