This is the deepest dive that I have ever taken into one TH-cam channel. I must have watched about 3 hours of video on your channel, in one sitting. All your stuff is giving me so many more ideas for projects, or just ways to solve any upcoming problems. I really love how y'all are all about sharing things from "the community." So, instead of the channel being nothing but advertising for your products, it's more like a channel for a whole club of people who make stuff using conduit or pipe.
20 yrs ago I built a canoe trailer for my bicycle so I could peddle to the lake. 1/2” emt and two bike wheels with emt box cover plates used as axel conectors

Some of these are pretty cool , the only thing is to keep in mind is that it may cost more to build some of these than to just go buy the final product?
There will be too much of a gap. You'll have to use some sort of a shim to take up the space. Of course you can use ours but 3/4" pex from your local home store works just fine. You just have to cut it up. Thanks for the question!

Some of them maybe but it’s not always about the cost savings. A lot of time people just like the fact they DIYed it
Can you use 1/2 conduit directly to 90 degree connectors without shims ?
