Thank you for watching. Normally there should be at least two busses but not sure what is happening now during covid. This one was from Warsaw via Wroclaw. Better to check Flixbus schedule.

Is it easy to find the way from Wroclawita door to flixbus platform underground?

It is very easy to get to all platforms using the escalator. They are located on level -2. You won't get lost as the bus station in Wrocław is not huge. This is a link to the web page showing the station plan (in polish only) dworzecwroclaw.pl/plan-dworca

There are no passport checks normally unless there are exceptional circumstances or maybe random checks.

Is there anyone standing outside of flixbus to show your ticket to or do you show it to the driver when you get on? How does it work?

One of the drivers is standing outside and checking tickets and placing peoples large luggage in luggage compartment.
