Trent is absolutely the most unknowledgeable person I’ve ever seen in my life just says yes to everything agrees with everything goes out to shoot around and 104 strokes later he’s disappointed
....& yet there will still be no effort from Trent toward general fitness, or stretching out some of that stiffness, or practising.... so ultimately pointless! LOL Talk about giving Adrian something *very* different to deal with here!... that dude knows his stuff for sure.
or actually trying to improve his swing, short game, putting which was the whole premise of the series. This is just a band aid to try and help with his swing flaws by using the equipment to the max you can. But ultimately path and strike will override most of that.
Listening to someone who understands the swing and club on this level is something that us amateurs rarely get to do. It’s just about the coolest thing ever. MORE OF THIS!!!
In all seriousness Trent just needs to learn how to use his body. He does what most amateurs do, he hits the ball instead of swinging the golf club. If you're trying to hit the ball with your arms and hands it's never going to be good. That's also why he has no distance. There's zero compression.
It's cool to see Trent try to break 90 It's frustrating to think that's literally his job and he hasn't been taking it seriously for years now. I love Trent but come on my dude, put in the damn work and get rrr done! 😎🙏
Hopefully Adrian sets the settings for him with his new shaft and right handed shaft tip. Since he is using Frankies shaft the tip settings are opposite for a lefty.
If Trent learned what it felt like to hit a controlled high drawing miss, it would revolutionize his golf swing. Definitely turned on the light bulb for me; learning to find the middle through left and right extremes.
Such an awesome video!! thank you. You know what I find amazing...companies that make drivers make them with a "fade" balance to them. Most drivers are made to go right. 3 woods are made to turn over and go slightly left. The first company to make a reverse driver that is geared to go left, will make $1 zillion dollars on that driver (as long as it's USGA approved). Why nobody has come up with that idea (for marketing purposes alone) is beyond me. Absolute stupidity in the golf marketing world. ON ANOTHER NOTE: WHAT THE HECK WILL A SEASON OF "BREAKING 80" LOOK LIKE? Holy cow! With this driver set up, it's a done deal. I'd still like to see Trent chip with the ball no more than 12 inches from his back foot for consistency. If he masters that then he'll break 80 within 4 months.
Trent is a true student of the game. Doesn’t argue, doesn’t say no to trying new things. Just listens and works through different settings and asks questions along the way. And clearly he’s getting better by the day. Trent is really the best
Is this a joke? He has received fantastic lessons and never applies and practices any of it. It’s all on camera, he has to go back and review it but doesn’t. Grant finally taught him how to hit a draw here we are hitting pull slices with a weak grip still.
this is cool and all but ultimately path and strike is king no matter what changes with the equipment, if the path is too far out to in and he's striking it all over the face the results will always be what we see. If he doesn't improve his swing the same problems will always occur.
Literally all he has to do is aim a little right, let his hands fall to his right pocket before he starts rotating, and swing with his toe line. (May or may not need some wrist bow depending on club face)
@@ryanbmetz yeah like the first drive he hits Adrian says '203 high spin decent launch'. I knew trent was a short hitter but I thought that was atleast 230-240.
Maybe instead of getting Trent new gear every month, you should get him to actually practice & spend time at the range or a practice green. The worst player in every match saying “I play better with zero practice or effort” is delusional
Turns out all Trent needed was Dan's head and Frankie's shaft
😂
Let’s go Trent!
I’d take Frankie’s shaft any day
⏸️
@@prestonlamirande7163 lol For Sure!
Clubs are important and all, but course management is more important if your goal is breaking 90!! Team up with @Golf Sidekick!!!!!!!!!
We need more behind the scenes content like this , well done guys!
Like getting Da Vinci to paint your shed
need an ep where tommy caddies for trent. that worst ball scramble was amazing
We need more breaking 90s!!!!!
This guy is the Adrian Newey of TM. A total master of his trade. What a treat to get a fitting from him. Hit it hard boys.
i dont know if they even would know who that is. and even if they did, they dont know how accurate that is lol
Trent is absolutely the most unknowledgeable person I’ve ever seen in my life just says yes to everything agrees with everything goes out to shoot around and 104 strokes later he’s disappointed
bruh
Definition of falling upward
I want to know what settings and details of the shaft etc.
me too. i figure a stiffer shaft, as frankie can swing it. we can all adjust the loft, but can't control angle of the face.
looks like from a ventus blue to a ventus red. Not sure flex, I'm sure frankie is a S
....& yet there will still be no effort from Trent toward general fitness, or stretching out some of that stiffness, or practising.... so ultimately pointless! LOL

Frankie’s glance at the camera after the head/shaft comment is perfect😂

Will the driver help him chip and putt? If not then he’s not breaking 90.

his elbow on the downswing is in absolute no mans land.
Yep you can’t try hitting the ball, it just has to get in the way of your swing. He’s just trying to make contact
It's cool to see Trent try to break 90

I just don’t understand why they don’t do more breaking 90s… they have the editors to make more happen!
@@JoshThombecause he feels embarrassed because he doesn’t practice
@@JoshThombc he can’t break 90
Cool video, love the really in-depth equipment stuff.
What are the details of the loft and what did he change?
This is so dope. Can’t wait to see the next breaking 90
What Trent needs is a lesson. Not a new club
When did Trent daddy start boozing again? Listened to the latest Pod and he said he got hammered! 🍻🍻
What shaft did Trent end up with ?
Hopefully Adrian sets the settings for him with his new shaft and right handed shaft tip. Since he is using Frankies shaft the tip settings are opposite for a lefty.
Seemed to work
No more excuses Trent, let’s get it done
If Trent learned what it felt like to hit a controlled high drawing miss, it would revolutionize his golf swing. Definitely turned on the light bulb for me; learning to find the middle through left and right extremes.
Good luck with that
HE HAS. Grant Horvat taught him and he hasn’t gone out and practiced it once.

Brilliant stuff! 👏🏻
Adriennnnnn😂
Loved it T daddy👊🏻
When are you guys going to have another golf video???? Its been forever

When is Trent breaking 90 come on lads

Who is this club fitter?
Not sure if i should be happy or sad I just got fitted for the same red ventus Trent did, but LFG!
Plenty of tour pros use the red. It's about delivery, not speed.
Another Golf video on the podcast channel, this was supposed to be podcasts only, so confusing.
new episode soon then? :)
His stance is open which is also causing him to swing out to in. Someone fix his setup.
The dude is about as flexible as the walls in my house
My guess is he gets a 7 on the first hole back
Good news Trent
Can’t you just put podcasts / clips on this channel and golf videos on the other
Gimme 15 minutes and I could fix Trent’s swing
Literally all he has to do is aim a little right, let his hands fall to his right pocket before he starts rotating, and swing with his toe line. (May or may not need some wrist bow depending on club face)
Trottie canceled ?
He probably quit after trying to fit Bozo for a driver.
Trottie was working with Micah and Grant
Maybe hit up Tillery again and actually implement the shit. You’d break 90 in a few weeks.
Just practice
Trent swings slow and slices. He'll be in the 10k head, lofted up with a ventus red $$$
Now he'll have a two way miss
cmon Trent, you should be able carry your body weight with the driver. Barely carrying 200? Need start stretching, open those hips up
He dumps all of his speed a mile before he gets to the ball too.
@@ryanbmetz yeah like the first drive he hits Adrian says '203 high spin decent launch'. I knew trent was a short hitter but I thought that was atleast 230-240.
Weren’t you guys fitted at the Kingdom for everything? Yikes
lol I don’t think a fitted driver is gonna help Trent break 90

trent needs lessons b4 a fitting.. lmfao
Nice
Needs to get his ass back down by Tillery! Lessons lower scores clubs lower bank accounts. Can’t buy a golf swing fella
This guy has been exclusively playing golf for his job for several years and can't break 90. Get lessons or give up...this is pathetic.
I was going to type something mean, but instead I bit my tongue and wrote this instead. Let’s all try to be better.
If we don’t get a breaking 90 soon I’m gonna unsubscribe and unfollow on all platforms, this is bullshit
Trent gonna make every +27 handicapper get fitted 🥲🥲 including myself
