La Bells is SO GOOD and very strong and longlasting. Perfect fruity/deep vanilla balance for the mixed fall weather. I'm on bottle #2. It's like Kayali VCRS but better.

HONEY by Marc Jacobs to me is a fresh/out-of-the-shower fragrance. I remember catching the Greyhound bus every day for work when I was a teenager… And there was a young woman who would get on the bus and walk down the aisle…..she smelled so fresh and clean, and this fragrance reminds me of her fragrance.
Yes! I think it was Veronica that I heard talk about Bora Bora a few years ago? Maybe? It was quite awhile back so I'm not sure but I do remember hearing about it for sure!! I can just almost smell it by the way you're describing it! I think it may possibly be a little too tuberose-y for me! 😅😅

I can understand the mixed reviews, I decluttered mine, but I know it's loved. Clinique Happy takes me back to uni! I smelt it recently and it's changed a bit over the last twenty years, unsurprisingly 😂, hey we all have! I've not tried Nirvana Bourbon, I only have Amethyst, it sounds really nice. Fab haul!

I can’t speak for everyone, but I absolutely love this perfume and it’s quickly becoming one of my very favorites in my collection 🤗🤓 it’s kind of like curious. It has the same sort of scent profile but with a added touch of creamy coconut🙌🏻
When Clinique Happy first came out and I would smell it in magazines, I loved it and wanted it. I finally bought it a couple years ago and hated it, and then I read a comment of someone saying that they could smell balloons in it, and yup, there's a definite balloon scent. Made me hate it even more. I own Bora Bora and was ready to get rid of it, but because of your glowing review, I'm going to give it another chance.

I wore Burberry Brit edt today, and it’s so good. Mentioning it because I know how much you love pear. I’d say it’s really fresh mixed with a lime note. The most realistic pear I’ve smelled is in Anise Anise premier delice. That’s a sweeter one.

I e never tried Bora Bora but they have it on the shelf every time I go to my local Ross. I used love Honey it was probably one of my first perfume loves. I wore Happy for years because my husband kept getting it for me for the Holidays and now I’m over it for good. I really want a full size of both the Donna Born in Roma Intense and the Green Stravaganza I get compliments every time I pull that one out. Good haul!

Hi Jamie, I also just got La Belle not too long ago. Finally! I’m surprised I love this deliciously sweet scent so much. I heard that the Le Parfum version is the one with the leather note, not this one. Haven’t tried that one yet so don’t quote me.

Yes! Now that I have actually smelt La Belle I can definitely say in my opinion, they are identical in the opening and through the mid. It’s when you get into the deep dry down that they start to go their separate ways. I prefer confection because it becomes a sweet creamy marshmallow vanilla. And La Belle starts to lose some of its sweetness and I pick up on some of that Vetiver and earthiness🤓

@Mamabearperfumechannel the leather and florals in the original ruin it for me. Ive tried to love leather in so many different fragrances but my nose just hates it. Rosendo no 5, LaBelle, lattafa teriaq, and countless others. I don't live anywhere near a Sephora or an Ulta to go test these fragrances in person. I've debated buying a sample of LaBelle le parfum but I don't want to if it's too similar to khair confection. Thank you for responding! 🩷💜

I have tried Bora Bora. It wasn’t for me. At the time I wasn’t into coconut scents. I’m still kind of staying away from coconut scents. I do have a few I am able to wear.
I had never heard of it before, but I’m so glad I have it now in my collection. I love a very obnoxious coconut tuberose🤣😋 but I can definitely see how this wouldn’t be for everyone
Hi! I bought khair confection because of your review and I received it today. How long did you let it sit before you reviewed it? I'm not getting any marshmallow or vanilla. I'm only getting the pear, even in the dry down.
Hey friend!🙋🏻♀️🤓 the main things that I smell in Khair confection is the candied pear, vanilla and marshmallow🤗 It hasn’t changed too much since it’s macerated 🤔maybe gotten a little bit thicker and creamier. The marshmallow that I’m smelling is not a regular powdery bag of marshmallows. It’s more like a jar of marshmallow cream to my nose. Hopefully yours will get better once it sits for a day or two.
@ now that I have finally got my hands on La Belle I would definitely say that confection is more similar to that. With the kayali perfume I pick up more of the bubble gum. Some people say that confection has a strong bubblegum smell, but I don’t pick up that note at all in that perfume. I wish I did.
Hi Jamie! I wished I liked tuberose! I have nirvana bourbon and I can’t really detect it in that- maybe it’s a certain type of tuberose- does it ever smell indolic to you? I recently tried Britney Spears curious in a Tjmaxx because I remember you mentioning it. The opening smells indolic to me- a little stinky? Do you detect that or is my nose picking up other things? The other perfumes that I don’t like because of that note are Leau de Issey and Calvin Klein Escape. Have you tried them? I am still learning so trying to figure it out-
Hey friend!🙋🏻♀️🥰🥰🥰 I completely understand what you mean. Tuberose can have many different smells kind of like Rose. There are some Rose perfumes. I don’t like and some that I do. Tuberose can have a more green floral smell. Or sometimes it can come off like bubblegum. Sometimes it can smell like a creamy coconut. Or a creamy honey. With the curious perfume, it comes off almost bubblegum to me. And with Nirvana bourbon, it comes off, just creamy and sweet and blends in with a vanilla. Tuberose may just not be your thing, and that’s ok🤓 we all love different things and that’s part of what makes us unique 🥰🥰🥰

Hi Jamie, I also just got La Belle not too long ago. Finally! I’m surprised I love this deliciously sweet scent so much. I heard that the Le Parfum version is the one with the leather note, not this one. Haven’t tried that one yet so don’t quote me.

Yes! Now that I have actually smelt La Belle I can definitely say in my opinion, they are identical in the opening and through the mid. It’s when you get into the deep dry down that they start to go their separate ways. I prefer confection because it becomes a sweet creamy marshmallow vanilla. And La Belle starts to lose some of its sweetness and I pick up on some of that Vetiver and earthiness🤓

I have not tried the LaBelle Le parfum yet, but I feel like I would love it more than the original🤗🤓
@Mamabearperfumechannel the leather and florals in the original ruin it for me. Ive tried to love leather in so many different fragrances but my nose just hates it. Rosendo no 5, LaBelle, lattafa teriaq, and countless others. I don't live anywhere near a Sephora or an Ulta to go test these fragrances in person. I've debated buying a sample of LaBelle le parfum but I don't want to if it's too similar to khair confection. Thank you for responding! 🩷💜

I have tried Bora Bora. It wasn’t for me. At the time I wasn’t into coconut scents. I’m still kind of staying away from coconut scents. I do have a few I am able to wear.
I had never heard of it before, but I’m so glad I have it now in my collection. I love a very obnoxious coconut tuberose🤣😋 but I can definitely see how this wouldn’t be for everyone
Hi! I bought khair confection because of your review and I received it today. How long did you let it sit before you reviewed it? I'm not getting any marshmallow or vanilla. I'm only getting the pear, even in the dry down.
Hey friend!🙋🏻♀️🤓 the main things that I smell in Khair confection is the candied pear, vanilla and marshmallow🤗
It hasn’t changed too much since it’s macerated 🤔maybe gotten a little bit thicker and creamier. The marshmallow that I’m smelling is not a regular powdery bag of marshmallows. It’s more like a jar of marshmallow cream to my nose. Hopefully yours will get better once it sits for a day or two.
@Mamabearperfumechannel I love the kayali version and was hoping this was similar and it's not to my nose 😅. Hopefully it macerates well 🤞🏼.
@ now that I have finally got my hands on La Belle I would definitely say that confection is more similar to that. With the kayali perfume I pick up more of the bubble gum.
Some people say that confection has a strong bubblegum smell, but I don’t pick up that note at all in that perfume. I wish I did.

Hi Jamie! I wished I liked tuberose! I have nirvana bourbon and I can’t really detect it in that- maybe it’s a certain type of tuberose- does it ever smell indolic to you? I recently tried Britney Spears curious in a Tjmaxx because I remember you mentioning it. The opening smells indolic to me- a little stinky? Do you detect that or is my nose picking up other things? The other perfumes that I don’t like because of that note are Leau de Issey and Calvin Klein Escape. Have you tried them? I am still learning so trying to figure it out-
Hey friend!🙋🏻♀️🥰🥰🥰 I completely understand what you mean. Tuberose can have many different smells kind of like Rose. There are some Rose perfumes. I don’t like and some that I do. Tuberose can have a more green floral smell. Or sometimes it can come off like bubblegum. Sometimes it can smell like a creamy coconut. Or a creamy honey. With the curious perfume, it comes off almost bubblegum to me. And with Nirvana bourbon, it comes off, just creamy and sweet and blends in with a vanilla. Tuberose may just not be your thing, and that’s ok🤓 we all love different things and that’s part of what makes us unique 🥰🥰🥰
