It's no wonder her high fashioned gown became an instant pick of pageant experts in the best evening gown category. Her gown, Miss Universe 2002 Oxana Fedorova, Russia's gown and Miss Universe 2006 Zuleyka Rivera, Puerto Rico's gown are one of the most unconventional but also most iconic gowns in Miss universe.
Trinidad and Tobago is underrated. I really love her white floral gown. It's very decorative but she wore the dress, the dress did not wear her. I love the fit top and flowy skirt.

Cindy was too out there while Ndapewa didn't do much but she still stood out excellently.

It was only in 2003! Formal things from the early 90s to today are not dated. The early 90s gowns seems to be the point where it stopped in new ideas.
