This feels like the PERFECT MIX of the classic and modern era of VAT19 that both viewing areas can enjoy! I love this so much!!
So I was bored and decided to do the math to find out how long they waited. So I took 594,000 and timed it by a fortnight, which is 14 days. Then I took that number and devided it by 365 and ended up with 22,784, That is how many years they waited. Yes this is useless math but I find it funny.

Instead of 365, I divided by 365.2425 because of the way leap years work.
They come every 4 years (2004, 2008, 2012)
,unless it's a new century. (1700, 1800, 1900)
However, it's a leap year again if it's a multiple of 400. (1600, 2000, 2400)
So, it's 22768 years.

So if you take 594,000 and times that by 14, then divide by 365,
It equates to about 22,783 years.
