Yes, God is and has always been with me. He has brought me through so many trials and tribulations. Without Him i would have no place to go and no family. Cannot go back to the past. He alone is my future.
Prayers needed, 7 times in the ER in 10 months on antibiotics for 4 months. I’ve also had 3 root canals in that time frame also two emergency ones. It just doesn’t stop, constant pain and one crisis after another. Our rent doubled and my wife lost her job and root canals were required and unexpected and now with crowns pending we’re broke. Praise God that the VA has covered my hospital bills. I’m believing God will come through but I’m only human and get discouraged. Also, we may lose our lease in September as our landlord wants to sell the place we live in and wanted to buy but this economy has crushed that dream. God bless you all and thank you in advance 🙏

How do you keep believing that God sees your pain and hears your cry when you've been hurting for so many years? Almost 2 decades. I stay in prayer, but I feel so ignored by God. Meanwhile, the one who caused the pain has been showered in blessings and love, and doesn't have a care in the world. I just want this pain to end so badly.
I hear you. I had 31 years living in a marriage with a “Christian” narcissist whose greatest joy was hurting me. I got out 11 years ago. I have been disabled for 27 years which left me unable to go to church and the result was my friends forgot about me. My beloved son passed away suddenly 8 weeks ago. I have been walking through the valley of the shadow of death. The only thing I can say for sure is that if we look at what is behind us more than we look at what is ahead of us we will be in despair. For all the promises of God are ahead of us. We endure so much as we walk through this life. Jesus walks with us if we are born again even if we don’t feel it. So, I still cry and feel great pain but I know what is awaiting me one day. No more pain, sorrow or disappointment. An eternity with the Lord in our real home. I will see my son again. For this world is not our home. Justice is in God’s hands not ours. God is not untouched by our pain and is not unaware of those who go through life causing chaos. One day He will hand out Justice and mercy according to his standards, not ours. Hang in there, read the word and cling to Jesus. May the comfort of the Lord surround you❤️
You are not alone - first I have suffered for 37 years with emotional pain over early developmental trauma which spiraled into poor adult decisions that lead to more pain. 37 years later I am pouring out my heart to God remembering Jesus can relate to my emotional pain and came down from heaven to walk in my shoes! It’s a journey there is no quick fix. May your heart experience peace.
I am so sorry to read your comment I can feel exactly what you're talking about because I was sitting in my bed here with my service dog crying and crying so depressed and so stuck that I can't get out of any of this. I can't answer your question because I have the same question. But I do want to tell you I love you I don't know who you are but I love you because you're hanging on and I know that you think was the purpose of all of this to be in so much pain and to continue. I go through that many many times a day. So just know you are not alone no you are not alone and someone out here understands you're cry and how much pain you're in and out other people can be just fine after they've contributed to everything. Romans 15:4 NKJV [4] For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. Abraham was an old man, 90+. Moses had 40 years in the wilderness with sheep and then with a stubborn Israel. David hunted by the king he lovingly served for over a decade. The list goes on... As a muscle grows from time under tension so does our faith and our spirit. When I would train people in the gym they would give up well before they actually needed to, I knew they could dig deeper and reap greater results. So too are you in Christ; you feel the exhaustion, the fatigue and carry the strain of a heart stretched thin beyond what you thought you could handle, but Christ knows you. He knows what you can bear for His Name even when you don't. Moses was 80 when he saw the burning bush and heard the call of God. Prophets spent lives in poverty and rejection but they hold the greatest seats in heaven. Hold on beloved, one day at a time. Who can for sure that God has not allowed this grueling time and testing of your faith for a great exaltation near the end? When we least expect it. Faith is what unites us with God and it is faith the devil will directly attack and bombard and even send an entire legion to try and sever. But hold fast. We are in a spiritual battle and a holy war. Is there anything that could happen that would make you no longer believe? Is there a limit to your faith? Dare I say no, but that you are in the hand of the living God and none can snatch you. Not even famine or pestilence, isolation and even death can seperate you from God. So often we, like Joseph, like Abraham, like David, like all the patriarchs and apostles will be placed in positions where we are stripped of everything... everything we place identity in outside of Christ, everything we secretly place hope or comfort in outside of Him. We will be tested and tried and through endurance He will be glorified. Like them He will allow us to enter a place where we have nothing at all but the hope in His word, and in His Word made flesh; Jesus Christ. Stand fast in faith, your efforts are forging a crown for the kingdom to come. Cling to Him, let His word be your only hope and comfort, joy and praise. He is faithful to His promises, He asks us only to be faithful in trusting Him at His word regardless of the world or what we see and hear, but by faith.

I believe that god is always with me. He will never leave me or for sake me. I have a strong feeling of his presence in me. His presence is like a drop of gentle rain that wash away everything inside of me. He makes me very humbled like a gentle dave. All my problems and feelings warriors all disappear. And think about Jesus a lot more than anything else in this world. When I finish from work and come home. I just read my bible and like I’am taking to god. In my own way. Very nice and a quick room. I have a prayer altar. That I always take to god. And just want to be clear to him. I feel safe with god. If we love god. We must take to him everyday. I take to him everyday. Even when I don’t know what to say. I just say. God You know my heart. Everything I think of, you know them all. But I just want to be with you. I just praise him with everything I have. His love for me, and my love for him. For he gave his life for me, so I give my life for him. That is how much I love Jesus Christ. My grate love for him. ❤Amen
So thankful God is with me. He said he would never leave me, nor forsake me. Life gets so rough, but he is the lifter up of my head. He keeps me going when all I want to do is throw up my hands and say I can't go any further. He takes me in his arms and carries me awhile, till I can walk on my own. What a precious Savior and friend.
