    Looks yummy! I leave my peppers and onions sliced, cook first, set aside. Then the steak goes on my cast iron griddle, whole. When near done, add toppings and cheese. Scoop up and Served on my homemade hoagie rolls. I like ketchup on this and cheese burgers. No lettuce or Mayo. It’s the way we make it here in Jersey. You asked for comments, you got it.

    Hi Scott. Looks good mate. Yeah it did need the green pepper for colour and taste, but when you're sharing... I garlic butter my rolls and a quick grill before adding the filling. We don't have frozen packaged Steak sandwich meat, but super thin fresh sizzle steaks. Just show'em the high heat, turn and serve. Perfect. Thanks for posting your recipe. Cheers Mate 👍🤤
