shells are shown which contain blank ones, you always start first, if you use blank one on urself u continue on your tour, if u shoot urself u lose health, if u shoot the dealer he loses health and now his turn comes, if u use blank on dealer then nothing happens but his turn comes. And its not fully a gamba cuz the items require thinking, if u use them bad then ure most likely gonna lose
