Instead of killing off Reg because the actor didn't want to date a transgender on the show, why not keep Reg and still introduce Trig and his transgender gf that way Reg and Jake would both have an older brother around to look up to, regardless of his romantic lifestyle. Clearly Trig is the wise older brother who would've straightened Reg out from his reckless behavior and even Jake who was on his way down that same path had it not been for Douda getting custody of him. But Douda has some shiesty ways about him too that would eventually expose Jake to and Trig getting Jake back was the right move. I feel like Trig, Reg & Jake would've been a dope brother trio on the show, especially with Reg and Trig they would've been untouchable and nobody could fxck with them or their family. Such a missed opportunity😪.
