Uhm no, not to be rude but you're wrong about that. Yuuji's not the only one who knows who junpei is, nanami, gojo, and ijichi all know who junpei is aswell. If you remember, junpei was suspected about the case with those high schoolers mahito killed in the cinema, and yuuji and nanami were investigating, ijichi was helping yuuji with junpei, and gojo knew him bc y'know how he asked nanami if yuuji knew about the finger in junpei's house or smth like that.- Srry for the late reply btw-
