The only way I can see someone having a shit ton of discord time is if they are on pc and they use it to talk to friends while playing, having more than 1 hour on discord using a phone is actually insane. The time I spend on my phone is actually in the minutes a day since I use my pc for everything. I dont use tiktok, I aint even own it, I watch TH-cam on my phone only when I aint in the house or there's a power outage and I cant use my pc, and I have like 30 mins on messaging apps unless I am talking someone up.
