@ 18:20 Kim Chuy (khmer-chinese restaurant that i see in your video) have very good khmer nom kachay (steam green chives bun then they pan fried very crispy), their noodle soup used to be great with a lot of fish cake meat and other variety meat but lately their meat quality is less and lesser.
