@@GoDaddy yet you did and have the domain up for auction for almost $4000 very shortly after it came out of redemption. I had to advise my customer to register a new domain elsewhere. I even told them they had to be mistaken until I investigated. The same happened to me over 10 years ago but at the time I thought it was just a coincidence. The problem seems to be that your company has become so large that it no longer values the small customers that used to keep it afloat. Long gone are the WWD days.
A domain being sold for $4000 sounds like a Premium Domain listing which is a price set by the current registrant owner who may have recently acquired the domain after it expired from your client.
