That’s so awesome, congrats my friend!!! 😀😀😀 what feed rate did you run the inside big pocket toolpath at? And did you buy tje King Industrial dust collector from Busy Bee?
Hello, Feed rate is 100 inch/min and spindle speed is 20000 for the pocket. For profile, the spindle at lower speed of 15000. Regarding Dust Collector, I think I got the best bang for the buck based on my criteria. Based on my research to have an adequate cfm for cnc I need to have a dust collector with 900 cfm or higher. I choose to get the highest I can get for 110v with a brand that I tried their support. King Canada have good machines and very good support. And 1.5 hp with 1200cfm dust collector with 1 micron canister filter. A discount was running at Atlas Tools&Machinery about a month ago that’s when I bought it. The highest busy bees has for 120v is 1.5 hp with around 950cfm. I hope I was able to address your question. If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out.
The dust pickup is a vast improvement over the Longmill MKIs!
