Can you make a tutorial of how to export objects from Blender or other 3D so they can be inserted directly to Elements 3D with textures/materials ? Till now, all obj files from any 3D software are imported with no materials, but how the models from videocopilot created and have all the materials and textures applied ???

Its simple, all element 3d models are created in Cinema 4D, and element can support all materials from there.. So that's why its happening

3DEDITORS I NEED HELP !
So I downloaded a model from Sketchers, rigged it in Mixamo and converted it to OBJ in Blender, but now I'm having difficulty adding the models original textures in After Effects. The model is a male character with hair, beard, fully clothed and an added weapon.
I've tried texturing it in Blender before exporting it as an OBJ but After Effects loads it up as one big mesh, meaning I can't access his body parts separately and when I add for instance his beard texture, it gets applied to his entire body instead of, well, his beard.
ANY LINKS, TUTORIALS OR ADVICE WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED !
