I actually think Elsa is Olaf's mother. But she makes sure Olaf doesn't realizes this. Elsa doesn't believes she can be a good mother. And that's why she avoids him. I mean, tell me the amount of screen time Olaf and Elsa had together in Frozen 2? Considering Elsa is the one created him you would expect more.

Jack is like the opposite gender of anna when he was alive. And while yeah they do have some things in common when it comes to trauma thats not always a reason enough to ship them for me. To me they seem like siblings

It's better to let themselves figure it out.. Sometimes, other people will be the one obstructing you. In this case, Elsa was protecting Anna from herself because Elsa knows how destructive her powers are.
