If you're referring to the character, the fact he only appears at the end of the game and has very few lines of dialogue would contribute to that. It's not that people hate him, but more so he hadn't had enough exposure for people to grow more attached. (I'm an exception, he's my favorite)

once I was watching starbotdubs an a clip came up with papyrus making a joke about a burger truck and asgore being " burger truck king" niw its stuck in my head
So, this version has more distinct drums, was added chorus, more different sounds that I don't now how to refer too, and it has more energy as a whole. Great job!

The problem with remixes is that they slap but wouldnt fit in the actual game. This is an exception. Also thanks to youtube for reccomending this! This is going into my "Poggers Melodies" playlist!
Craziest part is that during that fight, he held back. Otherwise he would have MURDERED us. He’s almost as strong as Undyne the Undying and after every turn his attacks only get faster and more aggressive.
Asgore is canonically the strongest monster, and is aware of the timelines cause you tell Asgore that he's already killed you in the pacifist route, his reaction is a sad nod

ASGORE is the best theme in Undertale, even better than Megalovania (yes I will fight for this and we WILL throw down if you wanna disagree /j). It sort of seems to portray two views of Asgore as a character: how his people view him, and how he views himself. His people view him as a mighty hero, a great warrior inspiring hope to all. That's why the song sounds almost heroic. But Asgore himself knows that he is no hero, at least not in his own view. He knows that what he does is deplorable. After all, that's why Toriel left him, isn't it? And that's why the song has just a hint of tragedy beneath its heroic tone, as if the hero of which the song speaks has committed an grievous sin...
