I guess when I first started a job the lab chief calls a meeting to say he has a closed door policy due to his divorce. I had a different report-to person so did not affect me that February until the next February could not get any answers from my person who has to turn my evaluations to that were above average to be signed by the chief. I asked some other employees about the chief who had only spoke to me 1 time in 2 years and called my name that shocked me so much I went on social media and said My chief just called my name. They said Lisa he's volatile, irrational and explode. He DID just that but worse. Instead stood outside the door and refused to allow me in the building after a meeting with my report-to person standing beside him. It I had already said on Facebook for a first comment ever! In 2014 that I had a new job and when standing at the hot water cooler the new coworkers started telling me the lady who hired me I report to came to them and asked Them if she should hire me based on the misdemeanor disorderly conduct from a divorce. I said first it was not even required to put it on the application volunteer from 11 years earlier . That is exactly what they used as my problem and got another disorderly conduct but non are my husband non are anyone I had ever argued with non were any problem interaction. I had great evaluations. But Sometimes when a back against the IOUs or whatever your behavior won't save you. The rules won't help you. Asking for a arbitration is only as good as the lunch table with open face briefing.
Sounds a little different but coworker tells me his brother gets a tattoo of a full skull on his face. I said why he answers from an argument with their dad. I said what could he have heard or been called so bad to make a person go get his face covered with a skeleton. I said so what you see on his forehead and he said the top part and side on the cheek. I said he walking around with a skeleton bone picture. He said No he put foundation makeup on it when company comes over to visit their family. One thing about permanent makeup tattoos you can't go back. You might put something over it into another picture. Or you might get it burned back out of pores but now you have the scar I was horrified. I was sad. I was even more concerned about What Tattoo Artist would do that . I know they're artist. I know they can draw. I know you can't judge a person's decision but That's new meaning to DEEP
