    C’mon…anyone who’s seen Erza KNOWS she’s top heavy 😂 Sad to hear about her taking the hit but you did do a great job on the repair. I have to really focus to tell.

    I’m so sorry about what happened to the bunny! Glad to know you were able to fix it. I love your collection and room display❤

    Here is a thought, and I am genuine about this. How about moving the Vanity onto the back wall of your room? that would give you that WHOLE wall for Detolfs.

      That’s a great thought! The space between the window and the doorjamb of the closet door isn’t quite wide enough for it, unfortunately.

      @@CourageousGoldfish I see well I had another thought what about moving the chair onto the corner behind your bed then moving the vanity over to the spot the chair was?

    NOOOOO ERZAAAAA qwq but hey the patch up job you did is so good!
    A tip i found useful though is to get those tacky temporary stickers to stick the bunnies at least on top of the detolf so it would fall that easily. Its meant to hold figures in place even during a earthquake so its strong but very easy peel-able. I think majority of people use it for the pop marts, but i use it for beneath figures and it works very well ^^ (unless u move them very often i guess)
    btw, im very intrigued, but what is that gold box looking thing on top of your bookshelf? It looks like its egyptian related or sth OwO

      OOO I’ll have to get some of that then!! Also, you’re close but it’s actually an antique brass piece from the French Revolution! It has a portrait of Louis XVI on the top.

      @@CourageousGoldfish Yes definitely! Theyre very inexpensive to get and super helpful.

    It never enough, I found myself purchasing more and more display cabinets to fit all of the figures and now I am completely out of space. >_

      I’m sure you’re not alone there! So many beautiful figures, so little shelf space!

    curious, what did they replace the detolf with?

    Wonderful restoration :) and yes, it only took me to realise how significant my collection was when I started moving. Cleaning, packing and moving my figures was probably half of my entire moving efforts :v
    I feel like you can amass more display spaces if the art works on the walls are shifted ever so slightly - and you are probably on your way to a 3rd and 4th detolf. Talking about detolfs, how did you feel like them being phased out by Ikea?

    • @CourageousGoldfish
      @CourageousGoldfish  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Oh, I’ll keep that in mind! I’m hoping not to be in this room for very much longer, but that’s a really good point. IKEA phasing them out doesn’t surprise me, but it is disappointing. I don’t find any of their other glass units to be quite as versatile in terms of what they can fit, and I also vastly prefer the all glass look. Any of the other units have frames that are just a bit too obstructive for me personally. I do think it’s crazy how much they’ve jumped in price the last few years though, when I started collecting they were $90, and I bought the new one in that’s in my basement for $140!
