Start a Season with a team, at the end of the seasons change teams. Repeat that every season. It's interesting because you start over with a new team and you don't have to renew contracts and potential doesn't matter that much.

Say you chose England and Burnley, you would train up your English players and call them up to England, then with the new players, you would try to win the world cup. You would have 2 world cups to try and win, the 2022 world cup and the 2026 world cup, 2 chances. Lose both and you lose the challenge. Youth players count, too.
