That is case depending the time he got to pore over the text and competency of his advisors . I listened his Al Jazira English interview few months ago and he has an accent like every foreign English speaker but he is fluent. I'm sure Abiy will never and cannot give that kind of Interview and debate in English broadcasting major foreign media. .

I just watched part of the beginning of Hasan Sheikh’s speech and he did fine. In this particular part of the speech you shared he was off but he did fine. Your report was not accurate. Did you want to gain time and viewers? You said he embarrassed himself but he did what a lot of other presidents do and I heard nothing. I’ll even go back and continue listening. I think your source shared a clip with you to take a cheap jab at Hasan Sheikh. I am not fond of Hasan Sheikh but I prefer to be fair.
