You are not running the latest version of DCS. CV align doesn't happen that fast unless you use stored heading mode. INS should be set to IFA after alignment.
Yes the update came up recently, this video was shot quite a while ago, IFS uses the GPS for alignment but that again takes about 8mins, never the less we can set INS to CV and press Stored headings OSB and alignment(Quick) should be done in 90secs if you don't want a full alignment.
