The NSW Trainlink challenge - 130 STATIONS IN LESS THAN 48 HOURS

The NSW Trainlink challenge requires you to visit all of the Intercity train stations outside of Sydney, as far North as Scone & Dungog, as far south as Goulburn & Bomaderry and as far west as Bathurst. This marathon took 46 hours and 27 minutes to complete and delays held us back due to the thunderstorms on day 2 of the challenge. In that 46 hours and 27 minutes, we have travelled over 2001 kilometres from Central and return.

Note: I am aware that Mittagong has been left out. So really it was 131 stations in total including Central. However, I am not going to spend over 100 or so MB and hours to delete and re-edit the video to try and add an extra 1.85 seconds

@@fxghtI will miss those days where we would all wonder which station would be next to receive the new station signs and which would be last it was like hunger games
Kind of similar back when we had the old traffic lights the 4 squares and they would flash a bit when they change but then 1 by 1 they change to the dotted traffic lights that was also fun to see which ones would change next
And the good old Mobil petrol stations when they changed 1 by 1 to 7 elevens.
But now we have nothing I do hope something like this happens again with something else in the future it was fun seeing which one would be next and which one would win by being last to change

It actually wasn't. Assuming $8 travel caps for opal in 2018, for 3 days it would cost me no more than $24. However the food may cost quite a lot given the amount of eating out we had to do

I miss those days where it was like hunger games wondering which station will be next to receive the new orange station signs and which station will be last to receive them.
Well I guess it might have come back again with the new DVA announcements at stations but I’m not sure if that’s just a glitch or they will roll them out to all stations like they did with the station signs.

You forgot Strathfield, Redfern, Wolli Creek, Campbelltown, Macarthur, Parramatta, Blacktown, Penrith, Emu Plains, Town Hall, Martin Place, Kings Cross, Edgecliff, Bondi Junction, Milsons Point, North Sydney, Waverton, Wollstonecraft, Artarmon, Chatswood, Gordon, Hornsby and Berowra I'm afraid. You probably did them but forgot to film them, but good video anyways.
