imo she's very useful on Britra and Inhibitor raids. heck she doesn't have to have uber good gears to be useful on it since all she does is debuff pve bosses, even gearless at lvl 100 lol

@@TheTulzcha you need t7 swift relic set with speed latent. So on top of crafting it you also need to find one with speed latent, then roll the stats/set which is cost a lot of binary. All of them are rng so yeah better pray of it.
