considering how huge the living area is (+ an additional space), the dining room is a little small and the kitchen is not as grand. the master t&b and walk-in closet could have been designed better but overall, it is a great house!

I'd definitely separate the closet space from the bathrooms and NOT have to enter the bathrooms first just to reach my clothes. Those dampers on the doors are out of place. They make the home feel more like an office building than an actual house, not good.
There is really nothing special in this house except that itvis very spaciuos. The finishing of the house is nothing great. The master bath could have been nicer. Nothing special really. For the price, I do not think it is worth it.
