Pisang Emas (Golden Banana in Malay), the flesh is as golden yellow as a banana. It has an oval shape with small and medium-sized thorns. The upper crown is like a lock on the stem. This is a small medium-sized durian with a medium stem. There is a very clear edge lines at the bottom. It becomes less visible when going up. It is generally harvested at the beginning of the season. The harvest period is very short. If you want to have it, must come during the beginning of the season. The flesh fiber is very fine, dry body, with floral aroma and chocolate flavour. It has the medium seeds.
金蕉，肉如其名，好像香蕉的金黄色。有椭圆形的外型，带着中小型的刺，上冠密集，好像一个贴着的环，这粒是中小型榴莲，柄长中等。下方有很明显的边线，但越往上方就不明显了。一般都是在季节初期收成的，收成期短，要寻找其踪影要乘早。肉质细腻，干身，花香味带朱古力味道，种子中等。
Red Bean Curd is a durian with a more rounded oval shape. The thorn size is medium. The thorns at the bottom part are concentrated in the middle. The handle is medium size. It is a small medium-sized durian. Red Bean Curd durians are majority grown in Gertak Sanggul. Some are also planted in Pulau Betong. In fact, these two places are at the same mountain, just different areas. The flesh of the Red Bean Curd is very beautiful. It is with red orangish colour which is very attractive. The harvest period of the Red Bean Curb is basically at the beginning of the season. Red Bean Curd is very sticky, dry body, mild in taste. It has a cocoa taste and some orange flavour. It is ended with bitter. It is a very delicious durian.
豆干红，外型列现比较圆的椭圆形，中等刺，下方刺向中间集中，柄长中等，中小型榴莲。豆干红一般种植在美湖(Gertak Sanggul)，但也有些在浮罗勿洞(Pulau Betong)，其实这两个地方都是在各自的后山，或是同一座山。豆干红的肉色是非常漂亮的，它有着橙红色的肉，非常吸引人。豆干红都是在季节初期就开始收成了。豆干红非常黏口，干身，味道温和，有着可可味道和一点橙味，苦尾，非常好吃的一种榴莲。
This “Green Apple” durian is self-named by the orchard owner. It is different from the Green Apple durian in other places. This green apple is larger in size and has coarse thorns. The upper and bottom parts are concave. It looks like an apple in shape. The stem is medium long. Its flesh is yellow and tastes bitter. It comes with a cocoa taste. It has sweet aftertaste. The fiber is not as fine as Pisang Emas and Red Bean Curd. The seeds are generally big.
这粒是园主自给名的青苹果，与其他地方的青苹果不同，这粒青苹果比较大粒粗刺，上下方皆凹进，好像像苹果的形状，柄也是中等长。其果肉黄色，味道偏苦，有可可味道，吃后回甘，肉质没有金蕉和豆干红般细腻，种子大型。

辉哥久违了。俺铁嘴乌鸦比较务实，如果要我选，我会选金蕉和豆干红，理由很简单，种子小，肉多。
看了不少槟城年中这一季度的榴莲视频， 虽然产量不少，但售价不见得便宜，好的品种大底上还是每公斤30马币左右。
