I've been following Starocci since he was in 9th grade. He's gotten noticeably better every year. When he finished HS, I didn't think he was good enough to start for PSU. Thought he was going to be one of those talented fill-ins they always come up with. Instead he won right out of the gate and has continued to improve every year. If you think he has an ego, perhaps he earned it. Still, I never noticed it. (Then again, I've become a gigundus fan.)
@@oldcougar65man, I wrestled with him back when he was in 7th grade. That boy was taking down d2 athletes at 13. He’s different. Nobody expected him to be this great besides himself, and his family.
Move up? To a weight class with 3 national champions in it? That would be silly on his part. He has 1 guy to deal with at 65 and thats Carr, maybe Hamiti.
Don't know if he will decide to stay an additional year beyond this year, but he has the chance to be the only 5 time National Champion!
right!?!? he has to!!!
If he can get One Million from NIL he’ll return. If not, he’s out…
@@randylang7341 Dang $1M is a lot fr wrestling! I'm sure PSU has some pretty wealthy donors though!
He already made an announcement that this is his last year. Or course that's subject to change.
@vegetaAcheetah right and he did imply that he could come backing the 💰 is right
With Carter & Brooks, TeamUSA is a great hands for the next 10 years plus. Carter looks even better and that’s scary to think about. 🙏🏼
Penn State is so humble… and then there’s this guy. But can’t deny his skill

@@oldcougar65i remember he was insulting JB, then lost before he even got to JB
@@oldcougar65 I said similar things about Nick Lee. He sure proved me wrong.
@@scott729 You're right. Lee is another guy that got amazingly better as the years passed.
He looks good. He's changing position and angles constantly
Obviously Carter outclassed the Penn guy, but he stayed on the attack unlike most other guys I've seen wrestle Carter
His positioning and body control are unparalleled. If he chooses he could honestly be the United States greatest champion.

why this is kind of a 20 fps?
Because flo is the devil.
click on settings and change the video quality to 1080p.
@@davejones8306 then buffer. There is no quality setting that can improve the enigma known as flo.

Crazy to think if i did wrestle i would wrestle him and be tied into a pretzel
7 takedown is match
😊
Keegan should move up

I think he meant it’s good for the sport. Like when Dake and Taylor did that
@@matjul2008don’t think he’d make it to the first place match
@@matjul2008 but would it be? Carr vs Toole is a marquee matchup. Carter still has Lewis and Shane in his weight. Some tough outs there.
Shapiro vs o'toole
