I feel this song. There was once a time I used to help my grieving friends of family members they lost and thought I was actually helping them feel better. Then when my mom came into my room when I was 12 to tell me my dad died. I realized that I knew nothing and all that I was trying to do for them was kind but somewhat unaffected. I froze, I couldn’t even understand what was happening so now that I understand how they might feel. I just let them feel it, not try and make it better. People need to feel their emotions to heal.

I feel this song. There was once a time I used to help my grieving friends of family members they lost and thought I was actually helping them feel better. Then when my mom came into my room when I was 12 to tell me my dad died. I realized that I knew nothing and all that I was trying to do for them was kind but somewhat unaffected. I froze, I couldn’t even understand what was happening so now that I understand how they might feel. I just let them feel it, not try and make it better. People need to feel their emotions to heal.
