    Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
    2 Cup Rice Flour (તાજો દળેલો ચોખાનો લોટ / કણકીનો લોટ)
    8 Cup Water (પાણી)
    2 tsp or as per taste Salt (મીઠું)
    1 tbsp Refined Oil (તેલ)
    1 tbsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds) (જીરું)

    Very nice method... બાળપણથી મારા ઘરે આ વડી મારા એક આન્ટી મોકલે છે. તેઓ તમે કીધું એમ સિંધી છે અને બનવવામાં એક્સપર્ટ છે.. અત્યારે પણ એક ડબ્બો મારા ઘરે આ વડીનો ભરેલો જ હોય. બસ સાઈઝ થોડી મોટી છે..

      Namakskar 🙏Atta chakki me Chaval ka aatta pisvaya tha. Paani jyada add Kiya hai islie vadi achi fulti hai, soda ya papad khar add kareni ki bilkul bhi zaroorat nahi hai.

      કોઈપણ સૂકવણી ની વસ્તુ શિયાળામાં જ બનાવવી, મે/જૂન મહિનાની ભયંકર ગરમીમાં આપણે પણ એક મિનિટ બહાર તાપમાં ઊભા નથી રહી શકતા તો વડી તો બિચારી નિર્જીવ વસ્તુ કહેવાય એટલે તરત ચિરાઈ જાય. ડિસેમ્બર થી માર્ચ સુધી માં જ બનાવવી, ચોખા નો લોટ તાજો દળેલો લેવો. જૂનો લોટ હોય તો પણ ચિરાઈ જાય.

      Thank you 🙏 Chokha na lot ne ek tapeli na kaadi tej tapeli na maap thi 4 ganu paani (water) levu. Salt as per your taste. Marcha umerso to vadi kadak thai jase etle na umero to saru. Papad khaar k soda no upyog pan bilkul na karvo nahitar vadi laal thai jase.
      Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
      2 Cup Rice Flour (તાજો દળેલો ચોખાનો લોટ / કણકીનો લોટ)
      8 Cup Water (પાણી)
      2 tsp or as per taste Salt (મીઠું)
      1 tbsp Refined Oil (તેલ)
      1 tbsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds) (જીરું)
