    This was great. Thank you. I was one of the people who were very happy that we went thru a lockdown. But now that it’s over, where I live. And Covid isn’t an issue, people are out and about. And I realized I need to adjust back to society in order to progress again.
    I started a 9. And finished a 3 or 4. But it’s a very comfortable and manageable 3 or 4. I’m gonna go outside now and do my chores in peace. Thank you.

      @@CatLadyFitness he is well, thank you. He broke his fang, and we have no idea how, and yes the past few days have been stressful as he was refusing food, but he is back to eating and much better!!

    When I had a job the anxiety of being in public dissipated slowly. But now since I’ve been stuck in the house when I go
    out I feel very disassociated and anxious even though I’m not really freaking out about anything in particular
