File > scripts > load files into stack
Select the folder containing all your colour corrected photos. Then BAM it's all ready for you to align without having loads of windows up, saves me a ton of time when I'm making my GIFs

Instead of Photoshop just use Premiere, put each pic next to each other and make the video as long as you want. Then hit export and that’s it, get it back to your phone and upload it... You have saved a lot of time

Any video is heavy to rendering in ps, crashes all the time

I personally didn't like using Flim3d because when you're taking the picture it zooms in real close and the watermark

I mean you can use live photos, move while you take the picture, then go in to edit mode, screen record and move across the diferent frames available

Or (if you have a somewhat recent samsung) you can literally go to the menu on the top right of gallery, press create gif, select your photos, and edit speed and such as you like. And im sure theres something like that for iphones too.
