It's frustrating that people don't listen to this song because it isn't in an album. Some of the fans probably don't pay much attention to his solo songs. It scares me more that he probably will live alone with his dog Coco in a few months since his brother who lives with him are getting married in the hometown.
I'm always concerned to him, I already experienced depression so I can say this isn't a love song. Yes this is a depressing song. We all know that darkness he always mention. The one he was talking about, the thing he want to ignore, is problems or negativity or hate, and it kinda scares me whenever the lyrics say sleep where no one knows, I think it means something. And the also when he want others to see his shining light it means he know that he's underappreciated. If I was the composer of this song I would only mean to this is "I want to rest, forever" and maybe that was Youngjae means, we all need to protect him at all costs :(

The solo song "Nobody knows" last year are concerning as well but seems like he is still determined to face up to the hardships. I'm just a bit relieved that I found out he had a new song this year called "Time Out " which he is comforting himself from anxiety. I wish people could give some support to this talented young man.

If someone we look out for turns out to be totally mentally healthy, they would still be happy for the affection. And if they are actually depressed, our kind words might just have saved their life.

Although most of them could be interpreted as heartbreaking love songs (btw songwriters like to mask personal feelings as romance though since it would get more popularity), this song is clearly a scream from depression and anxiety. Yet most of the fans seems to be ignoring that. Why do people always realise these deep messages until it's too late and then regretfully say the artists gave signals while they neglected them? To me, Youngjae is so brave that he expresses them in his solo song 혼자 released in the album Present: YOU. These could be a silent cry for help yet people don't pay much attention to them.

I was so worried about him because of these dark songs. And what he wrote in the messages this year seems a bit weird to me. I'm glad that he is getting better now. And he kept asking fans not leave him alone during the Japan tour. I think he is seeking help from the others. That's a good sign.
