401, April 1st, Sheesh dropped. It is their official debut for all 7 girls.
Room 401 is the date for when they officially debuted with all seven members and the release of their mini album...April 1st.
Officially there is no leader and no positions assigned. They all share responsibilities and unofficially, there are 6 main vocalists and 3 main rappers (Ruka, Asa, and Ahyeon), with 2 or 3 other members learning to rap as well.

7 vocalists, 7 rappers, 7 dancers, 7 visuals, 7 leaders. Part of the YG GG process is choosing by personality as well as skills and just like Blackpink doesn't have a leader because all of them are leaders and do what needs to be done - same with Babymonster. Most talented group on the planet. With Blackpink Jennie & Lisa were great entertainers chosen and trained to be rappers. BabyMonster Ruka & Asa are rappers and dancers trained to be entertainers. that's why they are the best rappers in Kpop. Ahyeon was just born to be awesome at everything she does.
You missed the entire premise of the MV. This was Pharita's dream. Based on Disney themes: Peter Pan with Big Ben and flying on the clouds with fireworks, Cinderella with the silver shoes (crystal slippers) and the clock hitting midnight, and mostly Snow White in the Forever Sleep and she woke up with birds singing surrounded by the dwarfs. Pharita is the only one who has supernatural stuff happen showing it is her dream: reflection does not follow physics, shrunk and was in the claw machine, riding a flying car upside down and her hair doesn't even respond to gravity, is also the only one sleeping in the bed. The ending shoes in the box with the un-opened invitation are proof that she never went to the event because she was sleeping. The music at the end being the same as the beginning is proof that she is in a dream loop. They should have ended it with Pharita looking through the peephole and then showing Ruka as in the beginning ending when she whispered "BabyMonster".
4/01 was their official 7 member debut date. babyMonster does not have competition - they have victims.

In Forever, 3 rappers shown. Ahyeon in the red hair kicked off with cest la vie, 2nd rap verse opened with Ruka comes in hard and roars. Asa then follows with a machine gun blaster. Insane rap line. But in the Making of Sheesh documentary, episode1, the original cut out rap verse showcase the rap trio of Chiquita, Asa and Ruka. The final cut shows Ruka, Ahyeon and Asa rap trio. So 4 production ready rappers. Rami showed up by rapping on a fan meet concert so that makes it 5 stage ready rappers.

This is a hit for sure, video is so good. These girls can dominate any concept. They all look gorgeous as usual.
Asa is crazy rapping, and Chiquita dancing, that's just so entertaining.
They have so many catchy parts in this song. They sing awesome and the raps are their best yet IMO. All 7 killed it.
No leader! Different girls sometimes take the lead in reviewing and practicing, like Ruka with dance for example.
Definitely check out their lives! When Sheesh was released it didn’t do too well on the charts, but the girls started performing live, and although people didnt believe they were for a while, but eventually they proved they were and the song rose from like 200s to top 10s. This was kind of crucial for them, especially at a time with live vocal in kpop controversies, in the sense that even many people who dont like them will still admit they’re talented. YG absolutely flexed their live skills, sending them to perform live as much as he could (same with Treasure!). They also have great charisma and stage presence, having been mentored by senior YG artists (including Blackpink) for years. Their average training period was 3.5/4 years, with many of them starting around 10 years old.
Each girl has an intro and solo cover from previous evaluations, and their survival-esque show is called the Last Evaluation and you can watch on TH-cam. Highly recommend, bc they’re honestly insane. Asa (fast rapper, first singer) is Ace of the group (nickname Acesa), Ahyeon (red hair) is a golden all-rounder, Chiquita (maknae, second singer) and Rami (first girl in chorus, holding clothing) are developing rap skills, Pharita (pink dress) and Rora (first girl in bridge) have also shown potential for rap, and Ruka (whispered Babymonster) has really charismatic vocals. Although the girls might be more comfortable in some roles, YG’s aim with them is to have a monster team full of all-rounders and aces. They just debuted so its scary to think abt what they’ll become in the next few years alone. You guys wont be disappointed!

Ruka in my opinion is the Japaneses Lisa in the group. Ruka I think is a bit edger-er then Lisa. Lisa has the same vibe but her smile/cuteness that make the difference. They are very similar in the deliver of the rap and the best dancer with swag and charm. But Asa is in a class on her own. She at this age is a better rapper and singer also write/composing her own lyrics. As a Blink and Beamon fan. Go BabyMons7er.

Pharita and Chiquita are from Thailand just like Lisa! Chiquita is the youngest one of Babymonster! All 7 girls are so young, pretty, and talented! My favorite are Chiquita & Pharita!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
