- When this song was played in the classic movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High I was blown away. Great movie and a great song.
This bass part is also by Bob Glaub. I think he, as always did an amazing job on this but since it’s slapping and popping in the original I had to adjust it to my style so I’m playing different than the original.
Written by Jackson Browne with the amazing Danny Kortchmar. One of the best songwriters and guitar players out there. Just listen to his work with The Section!

Heard this song all my life but listened to it through speakers that really enhanced the bass. It sounded more complicated than it looks. Like those little slaps twangs you hear. Youvteally took the hard outnof that lol. Great cover exactly what i was looking for. Thanks

Nice bass! I just bought a black cherry Spector NS PULSE 5. Not quite as nice as your Euro, but I love it. Very nice playing, by the way. Super clean, and consistent. I like how you turned it up at the end!
