Excellent video. I am from the Caribbean and have never tried green bananas like that. When you were pouring the lemon grass tea, I could see myself drinking it. Thank you for sharing.
Hello@karlaj, thank you for watching. Green banana ( matooke) is a stable food in Central and Western Uganda, when you visit this regions, you may think that is all that grows there😂. Lemon grass tea is a delight. Greetings from the pearl of African
Me too i fed the chicken with pechay and other veges destroyed by insects... your place is like our place in the Philippines. I planted bananas and have backyard garden. Have range chicken too. But no turkeys.
Your breakfast looks delicious and healthy and all homegrown. I am definitely going to try your recipe. Thank you (New subscriber). Love from The Seychelles.
It's nice to eat fresh from your garden. For a female, you are doing really great. I do my backyard farming as well. I also do grafting and airlayers. Thanks much for your videos.
Until when you said that "the kids want to try the Juice" i was like you would have eaten the passion fruit my excitement when you got morethat i felt like jumping Farming has never been wrong. I like the way you prepared the food
Sarah, I noticed that some parts of Africa people drink a lot of lemon grass tea. Do you mind sharing the benefits of lemon grass tea? I learnt awhile ago, that in certain parts of Africa, people do not get diabetes, or high blood pressure - this is mostly due to them eating a whole foods diet. Love your channel❤
Hello Joy, I'm glad you enjoy my kind of content, yes we drink a lot of lemon grass tea because it is grows easily (free) and the tea smells great. We are told that lemon grass tea relives pain and improves immunity. Thank you soo much for watching.
Sarah sanks for always teaching us ,my humble request you bring back the other woman with flower supermarkets in quotes ,in entebbe,we miss her plants like the bromeriads ,orchids etc and her address and 4ne contacts, sank u
You're living your best life! Growing everything organic, so fresh from garden to table, Free of toxic pesticides, Also, I love lavender but sadly I couldnt seem to grow one anymore 😢 i had one before i bought from a nursery but I was stupid to try to put fertilizer in a plant that doesnt need it. So it died😢 Anyway, do you plan to do a house tour? Your house seem so lovely.
