yes if you get crit rate and crit damage and otehr will be def or hp its still keeper. We want both crit rate/crit damage on each echo for substats. If you will get only 1 crit rate then at least 2 offensive stats its keeper.

its mortefi's outro skill that gives the "Heavy Attack" buff to the next character you swap into. his burst is an offield cordinated attack.
