I actually found your music thanks to him: I'm from Poland, I'm obsessed with eurovision and I love him too [I even started learning basic Icelandic], so thanks to Daði I started exploring icelandic music. Your first song I listened to was "Segðu það bara" and my first impression went "this is so cool and kind of Daði-like, love it". I listen to A LOT of icelandic music at the moment, especially Daði and small creators like you and some others (Gugusar, Kristin Sesselja and Elín Hall). I started following you on spotify something like a week ago [btw I love your profile's description "Maybe in Swedish. Swedish is cool."] and when this song came out I was so honoured to be one of the first people to ever listen to it!
