The peace of mind that comes with having an inverter setup is too much underrated. Especially in areas like mine where power cuts are very frequent during summers.

Hey sir, i had a little query, i just build a pc with a ryzen 5 5500 and an amd radeon rx 6600 & a 180hz msi monitor with a 550w power supply... i already have a 900VA pure sinewave inverter which has ups mode too. power outtages are common in my area, would the inverter be sufficient in my case or should i get some extra safety too and if yes then which ? eagerly waiting for your reply...

I have a query ; i could run my ps5 and a monitor on my inverter but just for another safety layer , i would buy a UPS.
Suppose i plugged my UPS into a socket where inverter supplies power during power outage , would my ps5 run on UPS till UPS gets fully discharged or it will automatically run on inverter?
Incase my ps5 runs on inverter , would my UPS get charged through inverter while running ps5 s8multaneously through inverter ?
I could use suggestions for most efficient power consumption scenario

thanx for the video and i have a 850w psu so i opted for artis 1500va model which costed me 8300rs here are some tips
IRON Rule :- don't trust the vendor search your pc wattage i basically don't even need 700w but somehow i was asked to go with a 850w psu since i had urgent req i went with it
1 :- UPS and inverter both can be used consider ups like a pc component before you purchase the pc
2:- turn off the ups along with the pc too as ups constantly pull power which drastically raises power bill (not just button power off completely switch it off)
3:- never opt for low standard ups i dont mean brand i mean output w
4:- put ups in a safety net kinda mesh material as ups have openings which ants or water may enter which spoil the ups many high wattage ups have fan so having a mesh wont disturb airflow
5:- be prepared to face issues no ups is perfect everything is dummy as ups batteries have subpar life so expect issues after a year feel lucky if you don't face any in one year
6:- change batteries which can be done locally (if you are out of warranty don't overspend for a new one )

Sir i have a 1000 w psu of msi and 7800xt gpu , i am thinking to get a surge protector as in my are power outsge is rare
So main outlet>surge protector >pc
Do note. Some Older Home Inverters will output high voltage at start and will lower to 240V once sufficient load is connected. So check your Inverter output before connecting PC.
With my experience only one thing i will say. Once you use inverter , you will never ever even think about using ups. I have thrown 3 ups before using inverter and now using inverter for 5 years. Its more than worth buying an inverter over ups.
I am watching this video because i was playing my valo on immortal lobby now electricity went so my pc is 550 watt and a 24 inch monitor 144hz and 1 modem and a router so for this which ups. Is good pls suggest atleast 15 mins back up i want😢

Right time pe aaya video, mere idhar din mein toh electricity hota hi nahi hai toh pc use hi nahi kar pata aur raat mein bhi 3-4 baar sudden Power cuts hote hain jisse PC damage ho sakta hai.

I have one question..
I have a 650va ups and have been using it since 1 year. I have a ryzen 5 5600x and a 3060 and 1 monitor.... In the beginning the ups was working amazing and would give me a backup of 15-20 mins for light work and 5-10 min if playing games... But recently, whenever there is a power outage, my computer just shuts off completely without giving me any backup.. What can be the reason??
That is how ups degrade bro. I got tired of same reason and finally bought Inverter been 5 years never even realized if power cut happens.i am using 5950x and 3070ti.

Could you please suggest a honest UPS for 850 watts PSU? I know I should opt for a 1600/1800VA UPS but there are lots of UPS in the market. I'm confused & concerned.
1800VA ka inverter any day is more cost effective than a ups scam!

Bhai mai 750w PSU run kar raha hu 100ah battery par. Even when playing GOW2018, no overloading at all.
Get a 1500va or more inverter and 150ah battery. Luminous is a good option to consider

I agree. Jab mera system low end tha to inverter handle kar leta tha but after upgrade wo load nhi le pata tha and direct inverter band ho jata tha overload indication ke sath.

You should have added Cost comparison between these two platforms and also should've included some UPS suggestion.
This was more of a general guide so didn't go that deep
yu started right - but later on got lost - inverter me ups mode ka mtlb hi voltage band ko narrow krna hota h similar to what ups does - jese hi voltage ups mode specified voltage see kum hota h inverter bhi battery pr switch kr leta h - the only reason ur PC keeps dying is yu overloaded ur inverter.
for inverter putting the battery in parallel increases their capacity.
One major component that has failed for me on power loss was a SSD, weird but no amount of power cycling worked its not just a paper weight now haha

Your home electricity is not properly grounded.
@kokousic Shifting to a new house, changed all the wires, told the person to ground the wires, have a separate connection for setup. Hopefully will solve the problem :)
Dude suffered from a same problem, just stop using cheap HDMI cable, Buy Gold Plated HDMI cable from brands like blue rigger or Amazon Basics it will fix your problem. It happens because cheap HDMI Cables doesn't have voltage stabilizers.

Most of them do but the switchover time can vary. If it's less than 10ms then it will work

For home usage connect UPS(1100VA) to Inverter (950VA pure sine wave) and it's budget friendly than Online UPS

I have wasted a lot of money over the years on buying different UPSs'. Got fed up with the power cuts and shutdowns and finally went with a Luminous inverter UPS and a 100ah battery. It's been over a year now, not a single power cut. I have a 750w PSU.
