Bro I'm no champion too but you do some major notable mistakes, you need to be strategic, if the monster's HP level is low then quickly switch another, sometimes because of the fact that the monster barely survived to the end, you might get victorious, and the other thing is that don't try punching and kicking in a swamp against a monster who got the skill of cancelling your shots through sleep, you could've easily use your kai energy balls and even multiple little ones collectively would've brought much damage, and lastly the most important thing is that when you see monsters with psychic powers you quickly need to use either continuous disrupt or another psychic type against it because level 3 psychic type usually means disaster, I guess you will battle better next time if you got these minor issues fixed.
