5 years ke baad dekha jayega ...shortcomings kya hai ....uske baad data collect hota hai pass hone mein time lagta hai pass hui 1986 mein....per check hui thi 5 years baad hi ....ab jo policy aayi hai 2020 mein ...uspe bi bahut years se kam chal raha tha 1995 ke baad se...per pass kitna late hoyi...yes my mistake... I should have explained it more properly ....thanks to notify

1964 and 1968 policy sub headings are same....so you can read 1968 policy...link is here... Introducation part is different so please change that..according to kothari..12task force ,7 working group set up...and members of this policy spend 100 days in visiting universities...and summitted 1600 pages report on June 1966 baki sab 1968 ki policy ka likh sakte ho
