It's an another myth that all the character should be made in to a hero.. Develop that image into much simpler, logical story... Which has a moral,positive ending... If in fact you want to make a teenager, a hero.. Just remember the limitations...

yes dude the process is completely the same for everyone the tests, tasks, interview etc, the difference is only in toughness level, when you will go for your NDA ssb it will be on a relatively easier and lighter side than the CDS ssb, thats it, for example: the IO might ask you easier questions but will never do that with a CDS guy!
