Arbi masala is a lip smacking recipe you can have with pooris and paratha. As it does not stale easily even for the travel you can make this arbi masala along with poori or chapathi. you can have this arvi ki sabzi for any meal, be it for breakfast or lunch and this is a close substitute for potato curry. like aloo ki sabzi you can make this arbi in different ways. the only difficulty in making arbi aka taro root is its itching property while cleaning arbi in water. You can avoid itching simply by boiling arbi after washing it in water, then peel off the skin. It tastes awesome when cooked perfectly. It is used all over india, but a difference in their preparation. In northen Indian its cooked as a sabzi just like aloo, while in southern India it is mostly used in mix veg curries. I often make arvi as everyone loves it in my family. arbi can be made in different ways, it can be fried, boiled and can be make in curd. all taste awesome. A special arbi ki sabzi is made during festival of ashtami. Arbi can be made with boiled arbi and raw peeled arbi. The leaves and stem are also used in cooking. Arbi is rich in carbohydrate in fact it is very rich in carbohydrate than potato. It is also rich in dietary fiber and vitamins.
