To be fair, i've never seen Ground Zero THAT calm before. That was some Streamer RNG right there. Whenever i go Ground Zero on PvE, i get ass-loaded by lvl 50 PMC's tossing nades across the map and hauling my ass with VAL's and HK416's. Headshotting me from 300 meters.
Depends a lot on your level and time of day. during the day can be a bit stressfull
Can Confirm Ground zeroes after 20 in pve makes this map feel like Labs.

Pmc have specific spawn points on each map, their ai is from rogues = laser
Their level and gear is randomized l, can be 1 or group to 6
Reasons to play: there is no wipe, so when you are no streamer and you are playing the game few hours per week, you never enjoy endgame gear or tasks, now you can. You can try new quests, gear, learn the game and quests. And mostly : no cheaters there
No cheaters, enjoyable playing. actually ai pmc and rogues have extremely high accuracy. Still difficult but im having fun.
I wish the PMCs acted more like the goons, repositioning and rushing. Hopefully it will improve if they actually do release mod support

Best part imo is the access to events. The main downside to SPT (other than my lack of self control with modding) is that you either don't get events or get them much later than the live game to where everything about the event has been seen, done and documented for months already.

It is a tick he has when he dies, thats pretty typical and obvious behaviour, to have a tick when a specific event occurs on a regular basis.
I some times still try to brush my hair to the side even when its really short, its just a tick. Overthinking and assuming something from regular human behaviour is wild.

I went and did a PvE kappa rush and actually had a fun time doing it, yeah not as challenging but still fun enough to casually play with a friend who’s learning the game if they had EOD and never played the actual game much

I wish my first PVE raids were that chill. I had boss level accuracy raiders (PMCs) all over lol. I haven't played in a bit though, so they have probably changed some things.
I was spawn killed by PMC within 20 seconds. Next one, I was killed at the 1min mark.
rule of thumb, dont go aiming in at places in PvE. AI pmcs are like the goons. if you ADS towards their location they know it and will hail down bullets towards your location.
It's a mixed bag for me, sometimes the ai tracks me through walls, throw pixel perfect nådes and sometimes the ai is just derping out in a corner somewhere. One things for sure, they dont attack scavs as much as they should. Sometimes they team up with scavs, the player is always the number one target.

SBH can be done because there are spots where the AI PMC are known to spawn in some maps like customs the RUAF road is common spot for PMC AI to be so you can sit big red and get a few kills, but most often if you look at them with your scope they see you too and start cracking BP from their m4a4 with a red dot at you from like 180 meters away

11:28 I did shooter born for pve, actually pretty easy once you learn the pmc spawn locations. Ground zero you get wayyyy more pmc encounters when you get past the map level cap.
14:04 iirc the quest doesn't have a distance requirement anymore for shooter born. its just head shots with a bolty.

11:55 not really. Project Fika is a mod for SPT that allows coop, it even has pretty much all of the spt mods supported
Don't forget SAIN mod, basically makes pve AI PMCs into the same as live PMCs, minus the speedhackers ofc. And because you have more control over the difficulty of AI I'd say that makes SPT faaaaar better than PVE vanilla..

I went to SPT when the culling happened, played all the way through and havent touched tarkov since.
I have escaped.
The ai scav shooting and killing the second ai scav, then getting attacked and killed by the third ai scav was gold
pre-level 20 ground zero is much more quiet that normal runs. pmcs also have designated spawns and wander patterns. for GZ, you hav in the main courtyard in front of terragroup, between the bank and terragroup near the car, on the road to nakatani. gz has low pmc spawn locations compared to other maps like lighthouse, interchange, reserve, etc.

I ran into a 4 "Man Stack" my 1st PVE raid. It was just like raiders. I usually run into laser aim bot PVE PMCs every raid. Great practice.
SPT's mod with friends doesnt always work. I tried two different coop mods and neither would work, could never get anyone to connect
try SPT FIKA, it's mostly a one click install and works right out of the box.. As long as you follow the steps in the tutorial with binding IP in the F12 settings you should be good.
Don't worry Klean and his modders is about to make a full COOP mode .
If you're playing this over SPT with saines ai mod installed ur a crazy person. The ai listens for when you heal to push ffs.
it's still just AI, so I dont see how it would be much different than official PVE

@@aska221 The SAIN mod completely overhauls the AI traits, so you have rats, gigachads, timmys etc. It makes the AI feel like live players to a degree by giving them personality, something that vanilla pve doesn't even come close to.
Also realism mod is deffo worth trying, it completely changes how you play the game..

Honestly the coop is pretty good. Cheaters ruined tarkov, this makes it good again, just need to drop the insane fuck you price tag to get more revenue. Selling multi player for 29.99$ would sell so many copies as opposed to selling only some at $250.00

The first few raids do not have pmc. I think it could be tied to a quest completing.

I’m focusing on pve now, today was my last straw. I only really play when my cousin is on, I’m level 11 started playing this wipe 2-3 weeks ago. I have a 64% survival rate. The first 2 weeks really nothing to sus happened except once but we were also running around the map a lot. This week I’ve had over 5 sus moments, 3 ik for a fact we’re hacking, this only difference to how we played last week and the week before is playing more passive and holding a location. I assume in playing this way it gives hackers the time to run over to you and get an advantage vs how we played the first 2 weeks just running from point to point doing task killing Scavs and pmc when the opportunity is available and extracting. After this last raid today I might not ever come back to pvp. I had my best kit meta sr I got dropped a geared chad in woods in town by vehicle extract camped his body for 5-10 minutes . After we knew it was clear and scanned the entire area i loot, I had dropped him by the car in between 2 story and 1 story so I had decent coverage, my cousin watched the surrounding area close to me. Right after I get done lotting he gets one tapped while pacing back and forth. Shoots came from the car side so i knew I had cover from him. Few seconds later he starts shooting a bolt action vpo like a dmr for a few shoots like he was trying to shoot me thru or under the car, btw like I said we cleared the whole area extremely well and I had only been looting for less than a minute. I pop vaseline and stand up and run make it 2 foot before im one tapped level 5 helmet. His stats were level 2 or 3, only 3 raids 100% extraction 11 kills and 300 hours, he also had level 5 armor so I know he kilt another chad in one of his first 2 raids. What sucks is that’s the 3rd time just today dying a sus way and no way to check so your never fully know if they were if they don’t get banned.
Imagine an anti cheat 🤯🤯 crazyyy idea. PVE is the only way for me to have fun In this game anymore.
I get wanting to get away from cheaters, but PvE mode is so boring, there is literally no point.

It's just fun. While PVP tarkov just isn't atm. Unless you idea of fun is getting killed by cheaters, losing all your hard earned gear to some desync or a rat at extract, only for you to try-hard your way back to some degree, for it to all wipe within half a year anyways.

Bro a month or 2 ago, they had it tuned so scavs and PMCs were breaking down your entire weapon and you'd get nothing back but a receiver from Insurance.
For my first few weeks, I got nothing back but my backpacks, if that.
Seems to be basically 100% now, which doesn't make any sense, either.
I've been doing Tarkov solo for 3 years now, best choice for my sanity I've ever made.

If you all had questions about PVE mode ask me anything. It's a ton of fun to play to help really learn all the maps (especially labs) in a less stressful way. Some quests even seem harder because bosses are close to a 100% spawn rate so you inevitably have to get good at killing them to finish tasks. AI PMCs roam to a certain degree but they also kill AI scavs and then tend to mill around that area so you end up finding them in heavy scav areas instead of high loot areas, they also don't extract and tend to not be anywhere near extracts because there are few extracts that scavs are near.

So crazy, I’ve been getting hacked on too! Last time I played EFT I encountered two cheaters in 4 hours of playing. Now I only play SPT on “I Like Pain” bot difficulty adjustment.
I was checking wipe info everyday for last 2 months and now I learn 3 days after a wipe about a wipe from a random vid that started playing in a backgound while at work.
Game did not wipe. He was trolling.
Spt so far for me has been way way better. Best part is I can change all the setting to what I want. Pmcs and player scavs get their new ai but normal scavs and bosses are same as live for me. I can rat pmcs when they extract. I can move all items from a backpack into a container with one button. And you can change the difficulty whenever you want. The hardest part I found was getting all the settings tuned for what I wanted
Yeah, except for the SAIN mod that cranked every scav into terminator that mag dump me the moment I peak my head out of the corner and also call the entire population of Tarkov onto me the moment I fired a single shot. So yeah, except for that, SPT is way better
@@LJKGray that sounds like a you problem mate, sain is very customizable and you can make them react faster or slower, more accurate or less accurate.

@@LJKGray You can adjust the settings for each individual ai with sain. You can adjust bosses, boss followers, scavs, player scavs, pmcs, goons, etc all seperately. Also you can turn off sain for those individual ai's. You can't turn it off for player scavs or players but thats the point of having the mod in the first place is for those to have it. Though if you're using swag+donuts i never see player scavs on that mod so only pmcs would have the ai.

pmcs spawn based off your spawn. had u spawned nakitani side? or anywher not near tera group? there woulda been like 50 pmcs at tera group. idk why they made emercon spawn so dead but yeah
For the people struggling to load into pve quick make sure you manually select servers in the bsg launcher ever since I turned off auto I always load under 5 mins
Recently got shot in the neck through armor that wasn’t even damaged in the neck when I got it back from insurance.
With .45 ACP from a level 6 lmao.
I also had high ground and was standing with no area of my neck visible.
I think armor still needs some more work too 😂
The make Armor you will have on the neck is level 3 and .45 Acp will go through it like butter.I also find it hard to believe no area of you neck was visible unless you where completely concealed behind a wall.

So yes there’s no visible area of your neck and again I reiterate the armor was not damaged at all.
There’s plenty of armors in the game that have an armored collar that when you have the high ground on someone don’t leave your neck visible at all.
And no it will not go through like “butter” laser match 45 has 19 pen lmao.
The chin is the closest to the neck that he could hit which would’ve read as “Head, jaws”

spt is an older version thats the only thing I started normal pve because spt has a pretty old version rn and I had eod anyways
The version of Tarkov SPT uses isn't even that old, at most a few months.
Man, the only thing SPT doesn't use that current EFT uses is the new armor changes.
The rest of it is basically same as normal EFT, but with mods you get AI that can and does actually move across the maps, does quests (although I've never seen them open locked doors so that's sort of questionable) and if you adjust is for it, doesn't see you through objects and shoot you through soft cover.
You can also remove bag restrictions making old bag stacking a thing you can do again.
@@martinsvilands7334 There is a mod that adds 'questing AI', but all it does is randomly open certain doors that are for quests. Still its something :)
@@martinsvilands7334 Sometimes they open doors but its pretty rare ... there is a dedicated mod though that causes doors to randomly open and switches to be randomly thrown during raid.

For someone who has limited time to game PvE has been one of the best things for this game in my opinion, I just downloaded sptarkov to make the bots harder and make it feel like OG tarky

the issue with spt is its fairly intensive to set up the co-op, and my buddy is lazy, so we just play pve
I been having a blast in pve mode no hackers or anything. Only thing is the op scavs and AI pmc other then that game is fun
not to mention that cheater has the alpha armband, which only gets added to your account if it was made during Alpha.

Trust me theres lots of pmc bots on there i dunno maybe your lvl on there is too low but trust me groups of them like come down the main road and it gets dicey sometimes youll love it just gotta progress a bit more

When I stopped playing EFT a couple wipes ago I had cheaters in 50% of my raids and now it's even worse... yeah really good incentive to come back to the game.

Remember, the hackers are this bad ON PURPOSE. Nikita himself has said if you make it bad enough the legit players will "Pay for all kinds of fluff" to be able to beat the cheaters.

The pretty much only reason for PvE over SPT is that you get "seamless" updates. Manually carrying over progress in SPT between updates was a chore.
I’ve been enjoying PVE. The loot I’ve been finding makes me feel like I have vacuum hackers in most of my games.

This is exactly why I switched to primarily pve mode, the game has so many hackers and does nothing it’s insane

The best parts about PVE mode are that there is no cheaters (AI sometimes might as well be cheating lol) and the loot is there. Someone hasn't hack vacuumed it all up.
