Darksign II continues the tribute to the Souls series with more original music inspired by the games. Now the series has come full circle, I was inspired to write a sequel to Darksign that was a love letter to the music of Demon's and Dark Souls, and an opportunity to leave my mark on it as well. Over the years the support of every one of you has meant the world to me and given me the confidence in my writing that I never knew I could achieve. Thank you, and I hope you will continue to support me in the future.

This is one of the most brilliant soundtracks I've ever had the pleasure of listening to. This many years, and only 36 comments. Plus, less then a hundred thousand views. A genuine honest to god crime, as this is easily one of the most underrated pieces of music ever. Seriously, well done. I aspire to compose a like you do.
Its 3 am right now , i'm listening to this marvelous music and yet im wondering how ive waited 5 years to discover it
the irony of a song called epitaph for the soul doing the exact opposite and stirring up my soul in way I thought long gone thank you alex your music has come to mean a lot to me and helps me process things I'm not sure how to put into words despite having a talent for writing
Listening to these tracks is like playing a mental Souls game. You try, are vanquished, try again, and come out victorious. The emotion in these pieces is tangible, and each is masterfully crafted.
You put a joy in my life unlike a lot of things, and hold a special place in my mind and heart. Your music entrances my mind and captivates my heart, and I love just mindlessly doing pedestrian things with great a balled of sorrow, defeat, triumph, and victory playing in my head like a hellish opera. My own personal war zone in my head, every strike emphasized by a chime or a vocal or a bang from your music.
I guess what I wanted to say from my rambling is thank you, sincerely, for doing what you love, because I love to behold it.

I don't understand how you don't have more views on your original soundtracks. I love all your remixes, and I love these original pieces even more. They're spectacular and dynamic, unlike a lot of stale, recycled "Epic" soundtracks that big-companies attempt at making.
I keep hearing every time I listen to this, at about the 4:30 area, I hear a bit of "Nameless Song." It's hard to catch at first, but if you listen to it a couple times, you should be able to hear it. You are a Gwen blessed musical genius, Mr. Roe.

I want to start my 2019 with this track .. When I listen to this track I think a lot about life and how Dark Souls changed my life .. This track is amazing ..

I think you're the only person that's actually got that. At 4:30 is a nod to Nameless and my remix of it, it's subtle but I thought it would be a nice moment of reflection.
