Isn't it the case with every phone these days. I feel people should try not to update their phones at all.
Remember guys when a company launches a phone its already suppossed to be the best in market. So at launch it comes with the best software for its current hardware.
Updating phones just to get new ui experience is really not a good idea.
You should never update until the software is causing any compatibility issues with hardware such as processor,camera,battery,etc..which is rarely a case.
And yeah once you update your phone its totally your responsibility to whatever happens to your phone (companies never accept their software has any issues) . If the update is faulty and you can't roll back either all you can do is regret.
There are people who doesn't care about updates and their phone also lasts longer...So yes, one can avoid updating especially budget phones.

Inka service centre experience bhi dekh liya tier 1 city main bolte hai 10 se 14 din rakhna padega phone power button ke liye. Realme waale hai na 3 saal ke baad spare dena baand kar dete hai, mi a3 , redmi 6 ka spares aaj bhi mil Raha hai service center par. Kuch outdated realme phones pe 50% discount on display chal raha hai service center par dekha aaj.
10-14 din Kai phones me lag jata hai... Jaldi nahi dete service center..rare hota hai ki within a week mil jaye.

TH-cam pe video play Karo to kya full screen pe apne aap aati hai ya zoom karna padta hai. Mera kal hi phone aaya hai. Ek to hdr show nahi ho raha youtube pe aur videos full screen apne aap cover nhi kar rhi. Update bhi kar liya phone
Zoom in karna padega tab full cover hoga.. and HDR supported videos me hi show hoga... But HDR me screen yellowish ho jayegi

Main realme narzo 10 4 sal se use kar raha hu abhi bhi eisme bgmi chalta hai par heat bohot hota hai battery drain ho raha hai par abhi thake kohi bhi mejor problem nahi huwa muje to lagte hai aa abhi bhi ee phone mare shat 2 sal chalega

Very few tech youtubers are actually making explanatory videos about emerging technologies in simple language as most of them are running behind product reviews in order to get attention of brands for collaboration or get more views.
Request you not to follow this rat race.
I really enjoy collecting information and framing that as a script for explainer videos... Yes, I diverted a bit due to lack of traffic on such videos of mine which demotivates me since it takes time and effort. But I'm planning to make such videos again.
