    Leave a comment below so that I know if you enjoy this video! I will be releasing a 'start to finish' guide on how to become a new york lawyer (as I will be officially admitted this coming Wednesday). I am also thinking about doing a vlog on my admission date, let me know :)

    How many Assessment Centres have you done? So many useful stories. I mean I hardly move beyond application stage and make a cut for very few Assessment Centres. very informative video by the way.

      Thanks for your words, as I remember I did around 5 assessment centres and final interviews before. I also got rejected by many firms at application stage, but I just kept trying

    Hello Gordon. Do you think it's easier to work in a foreign country through legal Academia than through the process of obtaining training contract? Would love your thoughts on this. Best!

      Hi there, want to know what you mean by legal academia in this context?

      @@GordonChung A LLM + PhD route to be a professor.

    • @GordonChung
      @GordonChung  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@depressedcheeseburger3598 I think firstly it depends on what occupations you prefer. Other than that, being a professor in countries like US or UK could be as difficult as working a lawyer in those places. But if you can secure a good PhD programme at a reputable university or you have impressive publications - academia may be a better option.
