I have question in same expensive in china we can study in which universty and that will be a more better than al shifa because when any one will study on self automatically he will compair which is better.
If you can afford mbbs in Pakistan then take admission in Pakistan. If you want to explore china and also want to study mbbs in less amount of money then come to China. Study wise I must say Pakistan is better because of language barrier.
Then university will not promote him in next year. But Shandong first Medical University don't ask for hsk 4 in first year. You can pass HSK 5 before graduation.
I can't compare any China's uni with Pakistani university. Study in Pakistan is on top level no doubt about it. But if you wanna take admsn on self then I would suggest you china because study in china is cheaper.

yes the total duration for clinical medicine is 6 years and degree is acceptable all over the world. so it's nice institute for study medicine

If a university mentioned on your admsn letter that you have to pass hsk 4 in first year then they will not promote you in second until you pass hsk 4
